Raymond J. Stefanich, M.D.

 Raymond J. Stefanich, M.D. earned his medical degree at St. George’s University School of Medicine. He completed his General Surgical Internship at the State University of New York in Buffalo, and his Orthopaedic Surgery Residency at the Albany Medical Center. Dr. Stefanich also completed a Hand and Musculoskeletal Microsurgical Fellowship at the State University of New York in Buffalo. He is Board Certified in Orthopaedic Surgery. Dr. Stefanich specializes in Joint Replacement; Sports Injury; Hand Surgery and Adult Reconstruction. He operates at Unity; Rochester Ambulatory Surgical Center; and Linden Oaks Surgical Center. Dr. Stefanich is a member of the American Academy of Orthopaedic Surgeons, the New York State Society of Orthopaedic Surgeons, and the American Medical Association.

John E. Klibanoff, M.D.

John E. Klibanoff, M.D. earned his medical degree at the University of Massachusetts Medical School.  He completed his General Surgery and Orthopaedic Surgery residencies at the University of Minnesota.  He is board certified in Orthopaedic Surgery, and a member of the American Academy of Orthopaedic Surgeons and the International Society of Bone Circulation. Dr. Klibanoff operates at Rochester General Hospital and Rochester Ambulatory Surgical Center.

Dr. Klibanoff specializes in joint replacement, sports injury and adult reconstruction. A decorated Lt. Colonel, USAR, Ret., he served during both Gulf Wars. He has been a team physician for the Rochester Knighthawks, Rattlers and Ravens. He currently serves on the National Healthcare Referral Network for the US Womens’ Gymnastics National Team.


Robert Little, Jr., M.D.

Robert Little, Jr., M.D. earned his medical degree at the University of Rochester School of Medicine, where he completed his General Surgery and Orthopaedic Surgery residencies. He is Board Certified in Orthopaedic Surgery, and is a member of the American Board of Orthopaedic Surgery, New York State Orthopaedic Association, Eastern Orthopaedic Association, and the Rochester Orthopaedic Society. Dr. Little previously served as Assistant Chief of Orthopaedics at Genesee Hospital. Dr. Little specializes in Joint Replacement; Sports Injury; and Adult Reconstruction. He operates at Rochester General; Unity; Rochester Ambulatory Surgical Center; and Linden Oaks Surgical Center.


Michael A. Colucci, M.D.

Michael A. Colucci, M.D. earned his medical degree at the State University of New York at Buffalo School of Medicine, where he completed his General Surgery and Orthopaedic Surgery residencies. He is Board Certified in Orthopaedic Surgery. Dr. Colucci specializes in Joint Replacement; Sports Injury; and Adult Reconstruction. He operates at Unity Hospital; Linden Oaks Surgical Center and Rochester Ambulatory Surgical Center. Dr. Colucci is a member of the American Academy of Orthopaedic Surgeons and the New York State Society of Orthopaedic Surgeons.


Steven Posnick, M.D.

Steven Posnick, MD

Dr. Steven Posnick, M.D., joins Orthopaedic Associates of Rochester, P.C. in September 2015 and comes over with a decade of experience in Othopaedics and Sports Medicine. He specializes in shoulder, knee, and hand surgeries.

Dr. Posnick is Board Certified in both Orthopaedic Surgery & Sports Medicine. He graduated from Georgetown University School of Medicine and completed his residency at William Beaumont Army Medical Center. He received his fellowship training at the University of Rochester in Sports Medicine.

Dr. Posnick does surgeries at Rochester General Hospital and Rochester Ambulatory Surgical Center. He is currently accepting new patients.
